desirous that motions for a new trial or to set
aside a verdict or judgment in which there had
been a trial by jury in the Supreme Court,
whether in Original or Summary Jurisdiction,
should be heard by the Court of Appeal and not by
the Divisional Court but I doubt the necessity
or expediency of this and Sir Henry Berkeley
agrees with me.
If however such a proposal is approved it may
be inserted in Committee on the Bill.
